In 2009 the Educational Centre on industrial safety was established. It is a structural department of OJSC "MAGNITOGORSK GIPROMEZ".

The Educational Centre carries out preattestative preparation, examination (testing) and attestation of managers and experts, who perform designing and examination of industrial safety of dangerous industrial objects.
Preattestative preparation is made in compliance with the predicated accreditation scope of programs, approved by the general director of OJSC "MAGNITOGORSK GIPROMEZ" and agreed with Russian Technical Supervisory Authority.
Managers and specialists of OJSC "MAGNITOGORSK GIPROMEZ" who have passed preattestative preparation and attestation in the predicated fields of accreditation in accordance with the specialty in the territorial attestation commission of Russian Technical Supervisory Authority are engaged as instructors in organization of the training process.
Preattestative preparation and knowledge examination is carried out by means of the software complex "OLYMP: OKS". Accounting of the managers and specialists who have passed attestation is carried out with the "NAMTS" software. This software is agreed with Russian Technical Supervisory Authority.
